About

Katrina Graue is a German entrepreneur, author, certified pet nutritionist, and PetTech innovator, best known as the founder and CEO of PawPro and the Pawsitive Care Foundation. Originally establishing her business in Frankfurt am Main, Katrina has grown her enterprise from German roots into a global operation, becoming a leading voice in preventive pet health by combining scientific insight, entrepreneurial drive, and deep compassion for animals.

Early Life and Education

Katrina began her academic path with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Law, where she developed a strong foundation in regulatory systems, finance, and critical thinking. She went on to earn an MBA in International Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, which equipped her with the strategic tools to launch and lead global ventures.

Katrina further expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Pet Nutritionist, blending her business background with scientific knowledge to address the growing need for proactive, nutrition-based pet care.

Outside of her professional life, she's also an avid polo enthusiast, drawn to the sport's harmony of elegance, strategy, and connection between human and animal.

Founding PawPro

In 2019, Katrina founded PawPro in Germany, a PetTech company focused on functional supplements and probiotics for dogs. The company was born from her personal mission to save her own dog, Walle, from a life-threatening immune condition. When traditional veterinary options offered no hope, Katrina pursued alternative research—ultimately creating a patented, bacteria-based formula that restored Walle's health and formed the core of PawPro's product line.

What began as a local German enterprise has steadily evolved into an international brand under her leadership. Today, PawPro has expanded beyond European borders into North America and other international markets, while maintaining its German standards of quality and precision. The company actively seeks international partnerships to further its mission of providing science-based, preventive care for dogs living in modern environments around the world.

The Pawsitive Care Foundation

In addition to her business success, Katrina founded the Pawsitive Care Foundation, headquartered in Miami, Florida. This US-based nonprofit supports responsible pet ownership, preventive wellness, and shelter advocacy throughout the Americas. The foundation provides educational resources, partners with local communities, and sponsors projects aimed at improving both physical and emotional health outcomes for animals.

Author and Thought Leader

Katrina is the author of several books, including the acclaimed "Pawsitive Care: Nutrition for Pets"which explores how targeted nutrition can improve immune health, reduce disease risk, and support longevity in animals. Her work has helped bridge the gap between scientific research and everyday pet parenting, empowering thousands of readers worldwide.

  • Katrina's work has earned her international recognition, including being named to the prestigious "40 Under 40" USA Business Elite Awards, celebrating young leaders shaping the future of global industries.
